As the war on terrorism continues, the tension and violence intensifies in parts of southern Mindanao. The United Church of Christ in the Philippines holds these priorities: interfaith dialogue, education and development in poverty-stricken communities. Health care and education are provided in rural communities in addition to support for areas affected by natural disaster and internally displaced Mangyans.
Pray for: The communities and families greatly affected by the military/guerilla war in Mindanao.
