Alice Porter Fund

Alice Porter Fund

The Alice Porter Fund was established as a Division of Overseas Ministries endowment fund in 1991 by Alice Porter.  Ms. Alice Porter served as a person in mission in India for 36 years, beginning at Jackman Memorial Hospital and the Jackman Memorial Nursing School in Bilaspur, and then starting a School of Nursing.  Ms. Porter was appointed to the Order of Ontario for dedicating her life to others and setting a shining example of selflessness.

The Alice Porter Fund was established to provide ongoing important general support for the work of Global Ministries for its program operations.
