Lectionary Text and Prayers for Taiwan: Matthew 10:40-42

Gracious God, we thank you for the extravagant welcome that you have extended to us in Jesus. As we remember our partnerships around the globe and the specific ones that we share with our Taiwanese brothers and sisters this Sunday, we ask that we might be able to extend that gracious hospitality to one another in tangible ways. We pray for each of the Taiwanese ministries mentioned below and ask that each one would be empowered to welcome the other and provide what is needed, even a cup of cold water, in Jesus name. Amen
