Reflections On Some Development Management Insights In Building Organizational Communities Through Church Or Church-Related Socioeconomic Assistance Programs In Four-Country Civic Societies By C. L. Madrazo, Jr. Ph.D Federal Way, Washington Global Ministries/GMIM-UKIT Synopsis Based on the experiences in building organizational communities through church or church-related socioeconomic assistance programs within the framework of four-country civil societies, reflection on some development management insights are presented. These experiences may be described as “resuscitating” or reviving The Log Church that was intended for the spiritual nurture of Yakama Native Americans; the case of the “ Missing $60 million Aid;” attitudes of coworkers in the largest missionary consortium organization in Nepal and the “Greed of Christians.” Reflections were based on a) values, perceptions, and attitudes, b) empowerment of peoples’ organizations, c) particularism and universalism, d) outer and directed organizational culture, and e) others.
