AIACHE is the ecumenical, professional association of church-related colleges in India, numbering 240. It brings together colleges that are Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox with a view to maximizing their effectiveness and service to the national community. Global Ministries has been particularly engaged in and supportive of their Women’s Empowerment Programs aimed at assisting young women who have dropped out of school to acquire language skills and vocational training.
