Ash Grove Christian Church, Ash Grove, Missouri
The youth group of Ash Grove Christian Church in Ash Grove, Missouri, made and sold glycerin soap to provide money for the Soap-making Income Project in the Republic of Congo, which is run by women of the church to generate revenue for the women, their families and their churches. The youth of Ash Grove Christian Church are very pleased that the money they raised will be used to help the Congolese women purchase land and build a small building so there is a safe environment for their children while they continue to make and sell soap in Brazzaville, Republic ofCongo. The youth group raised $86.60 for this purpose.
