Update from our partners in Zimbabwe

Dear Global Ministries,

Greetings and blessings to you from Zimbabwe.

This letter comes to thank you very much for your prayers for the citizens of Zimbabwe and the UCCZ in particular since the onset of the political and economic crisis. We are surviving because of your unceasing support and fervent prayers. We continue to feel the presence of the Holy Spirit giving us strength, courage, hope, faith and power to continue God’s work even in the face of extreme hardship.

Prayers are needed as Zimbabwe continues towards the place where democracy and justice would be the order of the day and where hatred of neighbor would be transformed to be the love of neighbor.

We are seeing a ray of hope for Zimbabwe following the acceptance of the Movement for Democratic Change to be a part of the Government of National Unity. We believe that this decision will be for the betterment of our once beautiful and peaceful nation.

Once more thank you and God bless you all.
