Ohio Conference Tent of Hope at Annual Meeting

At the 2008 Ohio Conference Annual Meeting, youth delegates erected and decorated a Tent of Hope

Nate Taylor, Youth Director of Avon Lake United Church of Christ, helped organize youth attending the Ohio Conference Annual Meeting in painting a tent for Tents of Hope. The meeting was held at Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio June 7-8, 2008.

Students from Defiance College did a workshop about the situation in Darfur, presenting information about Tents of Hope, STAND: A Student Anti-Genocide Coalition, and SaveDarfur.org.
