Shalom Cobb is a Global Mission Intern, serving with Caminante, Boca Chica, Dominican Republic. She will work on projects aligned with her affinities—participatory evaluation (self-assessment and evaluation of the technical team). She will work with the child and adolescent protection system and the environment and assess adaptation. Before serving as a Global Mission Intern, she worked as an Electrical Engineering Intern. Shalom received the S-STEM full-ride scholarship at UNCC. In 2019, she attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Electrical Engineering Technology. She is a member of the Agape Christian Church in Columbia, South Carolina.
