World Week for Peace in Palestine Israel (WWPPI) resource available

In advance of World Week for Peace in Palestine Israel (WWPPI), to be observed 22-28 September 2013, the international working group of WWPPI would like to offer this resource on Jerusalem.  This document contains background material, current information, theological reflections, and suggestions for advocacy for each day of the week.

Additionally, the WWPPI website offers a wealth of other worship and educational resources, including the Jerusalem Prayer from the Heads of Churches, as well as an ecumenical liturgy authored by Palestinian clergy and laity entitled, “Jerusalem, the City of Justice and Peace.”  Also, the website contains links to Palestinian and international organizations working for a just peace, as well as other background information that will help you observe the week.
