Christian Leaders Support Obama Peace Parameters, Call for Action

The Rev. Sharon Watkins and the Rev. Geoffrey Black, General Ministers and Presidents of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and United Church of Christ, respectively, are among a diverse group of 43 Christian leaders today expressed their strong support for President Obama’s parameters for peace laid out in May. In addition, they called for bold action to break the current impasse and achieve a lasting peace with a secure and democratic Israel and a viable Palestinian state.  Click here to read the letter.
