The Council of Churches in Zambia is one of three “Mother” bodies in Zambia. It is an ecumenical Christian organization composed of most of the Protestant churches in Zambia. The other bodies are the Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia (EFZ), and the Zambia Episcopal Conference (ZEC).
