Share and Care Nepal
Share and Care Nepal (SCN) has knowledge and skills in community development that it has accumulated over the past 20 years.
Mr. Ramesh Khadka’s, the founder of SCN, had a vision to see a programme for community developers in Nepal based on his learning at Jhamkhed in India. SCN, through the programme, aims at developing the capacity of the community development practitioners. They adopt the process orientation approach in their activities in order to support the community they work for as the key to operate successfully in a changed environment. The programme serves as an instrument to develop a new understanding of their role and develop a value based approach to community development accordingly.
