Share and Care Nepal

Share and Care Nepal (SCN) has accumulated knowledge and skills in community development over the past 20 years. 

Mr. Ramesh Khadkas, the founder of SCN, envisioned a program for community developers in Nepal based on his learning at Jhamkhed in India. Through the program, SCN aims to develop the capacity of community development practitioners. They adopt the process orientation approach in their activities to support the community they work for as the key to operating successfully in a changed environment. The program serves as an instrument to develop a new understanding of their role and develop a value-based approach to community development accordingly.
