Tjaard and Anne Hommes Scholarship Endowment Fund

The Tjaard and Anne Hommes Scholarship Endowment Fund was established as a Wider Church Ministries permanent fund in 2011 by former mission personnel Tjaard and Anne Hommes in recognition of their teaching ministry at the Christian University Duta Wacana in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and their long and abiding interest in the church’s wider missions.

Distributions from the Tjaard and Anne Hommes Scholarship Endowment Fund are used for the purpose of providing scholarships for faculty development and students studying theology at the Christian University Duta Wacana, as well as for scholarship support for students of theology at other seminaries in Indonesia, including East Timorese students and students at the Christian University Artha Wacana.

Additional contributions may be made to the principal of the Tjaard and Anne Hommes Scholarship Endowment Fund by check written to Wider Church Ministries and sent to:
