As a Christian ministry working in Haiti, House of Hope is dedicated to spreading the love of Jesus Christ by providing food, shelter, clothing, and both Christian and secular education to the children of Haiti. They operate a K-13 grade school that serves about 750 kids from 20 communities and additionally contribute to the expenses of three more schools. They also collaborate with other community-based organizations to develop strategies to achieve economic self-sufficiency through vocational and agricultural projects.

En tant qu’organisation chrétienne œuvrant en Haïti, la Maison de l’Espoir a pour mission de répandre l’amour de Jésus-Christ en fournissant nourriture, abri, vêtements et une éducation chrétienne et laïque aux enfants d’Haïti.

Elle gère une école primaire et secondaire (de la maternelle à la terminale) qui accueille environ 750 enfants issus de 20 communautés et contribue également au financement de trois autres écoles. Elle collabore par ailleurs avec d’autres organisations communautaires afin de favoriser l’autonomie économique des populations, notamment par le biais de projets de formation professionnelle et d’agriculture.

The Global Ministries Child and Elder Sponsorship Program works with the House of Hope – Haiti.  A monthly gift of $35.00 will sponsor a child. Your gift helps with educational costs, food, clothing, and basic survival in some cases. Children are currently living in shelters, or in communities outside of their hometown due to violence in Haiti and especial Port-au-Prince. The staff of House of Hope are working hard to assist the children and their families.
