Prayers for Haiti
God our Father, we thank You at this moment for the way You manifest Your love for us, for the Haitian people, and for everyone who places their faith in You.
At this moment, Father, help us to understand that we are all one and hold equal value in Your eyes, just as You declared in the Gospel according to Matthew 20:1-16.
Yes, Father, House of Hope has come to carry out the work entrusted to it—to care for and bring relief to the most vulnerable. Thank You so much, Father, for this mission, for we know we are laborers in Your vineyard.
Yes, Father, remind us always that You are the Master of the garden, and that in Your grace and mercy, You grant all Your children equal worth and the same blessings in Your kingdom
God the Father, in this moment of prayer, we bring our country, Haiti, before You; we ask You, Lord, to help our leaders understand the suffering of this people—the suffering of every mother and father, and the suffering of every family weeping in their hearts because they can no longer bear it.
Yes, Father, they cannot bear to see their children dying anymore; they cannot endure hunger anymore; yes, they cannot go on sleeping in the streets anymore. Please, Father, say a word.
That is why, Father in heaven, we ask You to please visit every single child and every single parent You have entrusted to us in this work, so that they may find the strength of the Holy Spirit to keep moving forward—for it is You who have called us to this harvest.
Please, Father, as You visit the homes and families, please also visit our partners and supporters, those who never tire of helping us and our beneficiaries, and supporting our projects. Please bless them, Father, in Jesus’ almighty name. Amen.
Mission Moment from Haiti
House of Hope cannot fully express the happiness and transformation that Global Ministries and its partners have brought to the lives of its beneficiaries.
Thanks to the support provided by the partnership with Global Ministries over the years, the families and children at House of Hope have experienced significant changes in their spiritual, intellectual, social, and economic lives.
House of Hope cannot fully list the joy that the partnership with Global Ministries brings to our work in Christ’s service; more than 150 children receive healthcare whenever they fall ill, and 85 families receive food kits to alleviate their hunger. From September 2025 to May 2026, more than 425 food kits were distributed to these families, representing an average of 2125 meals shared
Through Global Ministries’ mission this year, 72 children who previously lacked the opportunity to attend school returned to the classroom, 30 families living in shelters secured decent housing, and 27 female heads of households gained the opportunity to run a business activity to transform their lives and those of their families.
House of Hope thanks God for using it as a bridge to bring hope to the hopeless and light to those dwelling in the darkness of misery; we also thank Global Ministries for using us as a channel to revitalize families withered by poverty, and for giving children the chance to return to school instead of growing up to become gang members in the country.
