“…so that we may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith, both yours and mine.” –Romans 1:12

During the Southern Asia Initiative, we are focusing on 4 issues from the region: climate change, rights of religious minorities, human trafficking, and Dalit human rights. The video bible study below offers a brief look at climate change in the region and how partners are responding. We encourage you to use the videos and accompanying discussion questions to begin your exploration of these issues.

Scripture

“How many are your works, O Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures. There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number living things both large and small. (Psalm 104:24-25)

Through God all things were made; without God, nothing was made that has been made.” John 1:3

  2. Have you ever thought of Bangladesh or other countries in Southern Asia as places experiencing the effects of climate change? Why or why not?
  3. Why do you think the CCDB has decided to focus on this issue?
